PAUL G. CURTIS, Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of
Fiduciary Trust Company, joined the firm in 1990 and became Chief
Investment Officer in 2000. He manages accounts for individuals,
trusts and charitable organizations. He previously worked at
Kidder Peabody & Company, Inc., for eight years. He received a
Master's in Business Administration from Babson College, a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Board of Directors of
