MICHAEL R. PARKER is Managing Director of Victory SBSF Capital
Management, a New York-based investment management firm, where he
currently serves as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst and as a
member of the firm's investment committee. Prior to working at
Victory SBSF Capital Management, Mr. Parker was a corporate
finance attorney with King & Spalding in Atlanta, Georgia. He
earned a BA degree from the University of Richmond, and attended
the University of Georgia School of Law and the University of
