GARRETT K. KRAUSE, President and CEO of both Sara Hallitex Corporation
and Janus International, Inc., began his career in 1986 (while studying
finance at the University of Calgary) by developing a Point of
Sale/Inventory Control Software Company. Within two years and after
reaching sales of over $3 million U.S., his company was acquired by a
large competitor. At twenty-one years old, Krause began his own
financial consulting business, acting as 'deal making' conduit between a
variety of new technologies and perspective investors. After solidifying
scores of these transactions, he founded his own venture banking firm,
Sara Hallitex Corporation and created the Sara-IPO-Dividend Program to
