JOHN BORUCH is President of Amkor Technology, Inc. Mr. Boruch joined
Amkor in 1984 as Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He was
appointed President of Amkor in 1991. Prior to joining Amkor he had
worked 18 years in various positions at Motorola Semiconductor Product
