JAMES M. MCNAMEE is Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Hooper Holmes, Inc. Mr. McNamee received his Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Administration from Regis
University, Denver, Colorado, in 1968 and a Master of Business
Administration - Marketing Management from Fairleigh Dickinson
University, Madison, New Jersey, in 1973. Spending his entire
business career with Hooper Holmes, Inc., he has been Chairman of
the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since 1996 and
before that he was President and CEO since 1984. Following
graduation from college, he started as a Field Representative in
the Denver Branch Office, having general responsibilities for
gathering information through telephone and personal interviews.
He was then transferred into the Home Office, Morristown/Basking
Ridge, New Jersey, holding various positions in marketing and
operations from 1970 to 1984. Mr. McNamee is affiliated with
several local and national organizations, some of them being the
Academy of Life Underwriting, the College of Insurance, New
Jersey Business & Industry Association and The Irish American
Partnership. Additionally, he has recently been or is currently
involved with the American Stock Exchange - Board of Governors
Nominating Committee, Independent College Fund of New Jersey -
Board of Directors, American Stock Exchange - Seat Fund
Committee, Summit Speech School - President, Board of Trustees
and the University of Notre Dame - Advisory Council, Institute
for Church Life and Regis University, Board of Trustees. Profile
