RICHARD S. POST, Ph.D. has served as the Corporation's President, Chief
Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since its inception in 1987.
Prior to founding the Corporation, Dr. Post served at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology ('MIT') from 1981 to 1987. At MIT, Dr. Post
served as a Senior Research Scientist, in the position of Head of the
Mirror Confinement Division of the Plasma Fusion Center. Dr. Post earned
his Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from Columbia University and his Bachelor of
Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He also
completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business
