Tom Laming is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager with
Kornitzer Capital Management, Inc., in Shawnee Mission, Kansas,
joining the firm in January 1993. He is the Chief Equity
Strategist for Buffalo Mutual Funds and is a Portfolio Manager on
all of the equity funds at Buffalo. Previously, he was a Senior
Engineer at Martin Marietta in Denver, and served as a Staff
Engineer with TRW at the Johnson Space Center in Houston and at
TRW's Space Park Facility in Redondo Beach. While an engineer,
his work dealt primarily with spacecraft design. Prior to joining
KCM, he was a Technology Analyst with Waddell & Reed. A frequent
guest on CNBC and Bloomberg television programs, he is a senior
member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
He holds an MBA from Indiana University, a Master of Science
degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in
