HENRIK C. SLIPSAGER has been President and Chief Executive
Officer of ABM Industries Incorporated since 2000. Mr. Slipsager
became Executive Vice President of ABM Industries and President
of ABM's $900 million Janitorial Services Division in 1999. From
1997-1998 he was Senior Vice President and Director of Eastern
Operations for the Janitorial Services Division of ABM Industries
Incorporated and based in New York City. From 1995-1996 he was
President of 2M-Invest of Copenhagen, Denmark, a venture capital
firm invested in 12 privately-held international companies. From
1988-1994 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of New
York-based International Service System of America (ISS America),
a $1 billion US subsidiary of International Service System (ISS
International) of Denmark. ISS America was then the largest
building maintenance company in the United States. From 1986-1987
he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of
ISS America. From 1984-1985 he was Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of ISS America. From 1982-1983 he was
Corporate Controller of ISS International. From 1976-1981 he was
a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young, Copenhagen,
Denmark. Mr. Slipsager received an Accounting degree from the
University of Copenhagen in 1979 and an MBA degree from the
University of Copenhagen Graduate School of Business in 1981. He
became a Danish government Chartered Accountant (CPA) in 1984. Profile
