CAESAR BRYAN joined Gabelli Funds, Inc. in 1994 as the Portfolio
Manager of Gabelli Gold Fund. He later took command of the
Gabelli International Growth Fund at its inception in June 1995.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bryan was a Portfolio Manager at
Lexington Management, where he was responsible for the management
of Lexington Strategic Investment Fund, Lexington Gold Fund and
Lexington Emerging Markets Fund. He is considered to be one of
the premier international investors in the industry. His approach
to investing is to find undervalued companies that have the
ability to grow their earnings more rapidly than the average in
that company's local market. Mr. Bryan is a graduate of the
University of Southampton, England, and a member of the English
