WENDY ANDERSON is an Executive Director and Equity Analyst covering
Continental European and Emerging Energy markets. She is based in
London, having moved to the firm in May 1996 to take up this role.
Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ms Anderson has been covering the
European Oil Sector since 1988 from both New York with Capital Resources
(1988-1990) and from London, where she was Director with both NatWest
Securities (1990-1994) and CS First Boston (1994-1996). Ms Anderson
holds a B.A (First Class Honours) in Economics from Edinburgh
University. She has been ranked between 1-3 in the European Oil Analyst
Category over the last 5 years in the key surveys from Institutional
Investor, Greenwich and Extel. Stocks under coverage include BP Amoco,
Royal Dutch Shell, Eni, Elf, Total, Repsol, Norsk Hydro, OMV, Petrofina,
Enterprise, Lasmo. She also covered the Russian Oils and Eastern

ROBIN SHOEMAKER is an Equipment Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr.
Shoemaker had a 13-year career in equity research at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Shoemaker was a runner-up on Institutional Investor's All-America
Research Team from 1990-1992. He was listed in the Wall Street Journal's
1993 and 1996 surveys of all-star analyst. He has served as President of
the Oil Analyst Group of New York and is a member of the National
Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts. Mr. Shoemaker received a
BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA and PhD from the

PAUL Y. CHENG is a vice president of Lehman Brothers' U.S. Equity
Research division where he specializes in North American integrated oil
companies and independent refiners. Previously, he was associated with
Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Cheng
earned both his Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications and his
M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University. Profile
