MARC PARTICELLI, President and CEO of Modem Media, Inc., brings
to the company his skills and experience in the business of
business. In the six years before joining Modem Media, Mr.
Particelli focused his energies in the private equity sector,
first with Odyssey Partners LP, a $3.5 billion hedge fund, and
later with Oak Hill Capital Partners, LP, a $1.6 billion private
equity partnership. He has closed deals in excess of $1 billion
and has assumed a direct senior operating role in many of the
portfolio businesses to significantly improve their operating
performance. No stranger to the professional services and
marketing worlds, Mr. Particelli is a 20-year veteran of Booz
Allen. At Booz Allen, he created the Marketing Industries
Practice and led its expansion across Europe, Asia and South
America. At its peak, it accounted for 25% of Booz Allen's global
commercial revenue. Mr. Particelli's portfolio of clients
included PepsiCo, Nestl, Kraft, Philip Morris, Sears, General
Electric, Marriott and Viacom. He earned his bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and his MBA from

Mr. Particelli: Modem Media was founded 15 years ago with the
idea that interactive marketing was going to be an effective
