THOMAS M. MOTTER is Chief Investment Officer for Chilton Capital
Management, LP. He began his career in public accounting. A native of
Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mr. Motter moved to Houston in 1980 and for 14
years was affiliated with two national securities firms. He joined the
previous firm of Founder and co-Owner of Chilton Capital Management, Mr.
Knapp, as Portfolio Manager in 1994 before CCM was founded in early
1996. Mr. Motter earned a BS degree from Indiana University. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr.
Motter is also a member of the Association for Investment Management and
Research and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He
leads the equity-selection process of the firm. Mr. Motter is also a
member of The Regis School Board of Trustees. Profile
R. RANDALL GRACE JR. has managed portfolios at Chilton Capital
Management, LP, since 1997. He earned a BA degree from Skidmore College
and holds an NASD Series 7 license. Mr. Grace is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and a member of the Association for Investment Management and
Research. He is also a member of the Board for SIRE ' Houston's

PATRICIA D. JOURNEAY has been an Analyst/Portfolio Manager for Chilton
Capital Management, LP, since 1998. Before joining the firm, she spent
11 years as Operations Manager in technology and telecommunications for
a large, national mutual fund company. Ms. Journeay earned a BS degree
in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. Ms.
Journeay is also a member of the Association for Investment Management
