PETER JANKOVSKIS is the Director of Research and a founding member of
OakBrook Investments, LLC. His responsibilities include the development
of new investment strategies, research in support of existing strategies
and portfolio management. Dr. Jankovskis has authored many articles
exploring various aspects of investment style and the benchmarks used to
track style performance. Prior to launching OakBrook in 1998, Dr.
Jankovskis was the Head of Research at ANB Investment Management and
Trust Company in Chicago. Prior to that he taught courses in finance,
macroeconomics, microeconomics and industrial organization at the
University of California at Santa Barbara. Dr. Jankovskis earned BS
degrees, summa cum laude, in Computer Science and Mathematics, as well
as MA and PhD degrees in Economics from the University of California at

JANNA SAMPSON is a founding member and Director of Portfolio Management
at OakBrook Investments, LLC. Prior to forming the firm in February
1998, she was the Senior Portfolio Manager at ANB Investment Management
& Trust Co. in Chicago. While at ANB, she co-managed ANB's BalancePlus
product line, ANB's LargeCap Growth Fund, the Prairie International
Equity Mutual Fund and several other active equity funds. Ms. Sampson
began her career at ANB in 1983 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to
joining ANB, Ms. Sampson was a Research Analyst at Waldner & Co., an
investment research boutique, and taught economics at the College of
DuPage. Ms. Sampson has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political
Science from the University of Denver and a Master's degree in Economics

TWST: Could you give us a brief overview of OakBrook Investments andyour respective responsibilities there?
Ms. Sampson: OakBrook Investments was founded in February 1998, so we're
in our
