DONALD D. WOLF is Chairman and CEO of Westport Resources Corporation. He
has a diversified 30-year career in the oil and gas business. Mr. Wolf
spent various parts of his career with Sun Oil Company and Bow Valley
Exploration in Canada, moving to Denver in 1974, where he was employed
by Tesoro Petroleum and Southland Royalty Company. In 1977 he co-founded
Terra Marine Energy Company, which was sold in 1980 to Southport
Exploration. In 1981 Mr. Wolf founded General Atlantic Energy Company
("General Atlantic"), where he was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer until its merger with UMC Petroleum in 1994, at which time he
became President and Chief Operating Officer of UMC. Mr. Wolf resigned
from UMC in May 1996 to maintain his Colorado residence and in June 1996
he joined Westport Oil and Gas Company, Inc., a privately held oil and
gas company, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wolf currently
serves as Director of MarkWest Hydrocarbons, Inc., and Aspect Resources,
