WENDY D. CAPLAN is a Managing Director at ABN AMRO. Prior to
joining the firm, she was associated with ING Barings, and Furman
Selz, which are predecessor companies to ABN and Schroder
Wertheim. Ms. Caplan earned a BS from the University of
Pennsylvania and an MBA from Pace University. Profile
JOHN G. INCH has been with Bear, Stearns & Co. for over three
years. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Inch was an Analyst at
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter covering the automotive parts
industry. In 2001, he was ranked number two in Machinery and
runner-up in Multi-Industrials in the All Star Analyst poll
conducted annually by Institutional Investor magazine. Mr. Inch
earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from
the Ivy Business School at the University of Western Ontario, and
his MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at

GREGORY M. MACOSKO is a Senior Equity Analyst at Lord, Abbett &
Co., where he also has portfolio management responsibilities for
selected accounts in the small cap area. Previously, he was an
Equity Analyst for Royce Associates and a Principal at Easton
Consultants. Mr. Macosko earned an MBA from Columbia University
in Finance and Marketing, was a Fulbright Scholar at the
University of Cologne, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in Math and
