BYRON WALKER is a well-established technology analyst covering
the semiconductor production equipment sector. He has won
recognition as a Wall Street Journal All-Star, as well as a 'Home
Run Hitter' in Institutional Investor. Mr. Walker currently
covers the group at UBS Warburg LLC, having joined that
organization in November 1998. Prior to UBS Warburg, Mr. Walker
covered the equipment group at Alex. Brown. Prior to Alex. Brown,
Mr. Walker covered the equipment group at Needham & Company.
Prior to Needham, he covered a broad range of technology
companies at Moody's Investors Service. Mr. Walker holds an MBA
in Finance from New York University, and a BA degree from Yale
