JOHN F. GUALY is a Vice President and a member of the Domestic and
International Committees at Eagle Global Advisors. He has responsibility
for global emerging markets and serves as a global analyst for the
telecommunication, electrical utilities and energy sectors. Mr. Gualy's
responsibilities also include portfolio management and client service.
Prior to working with Eagle and its predecessor, he served as Director
of Research for Continental Intervest. He earned his Bachelor's degree
in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from
Rice University. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Gualy is also a
member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR)
and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts. Profile
EDWARD R. ALLEN III is a Partner at Eagle Global Advisors and has served
as Chairman of the International Equity Committee since Eagle's
inception in 1996. He is also a member of the Domestic Equity Committee.
Prior to the firm's inception, he and the other investment principals at
Eagle worked at the Boatmen's Trust Company, managing growth investments
for international and domestic portfolios. Before entering the
investment advisory business, he served as an Assistant Professor of
Economics at the University of Houston. He earned his PhD in Economics
from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor's degree in Engineering
from Princeton University. Dr. Allen is currently the Vice Chairman of
the Board of the Asia Society/Texas and is an Executive Board member of
the Contemporary Arts Museum of Houston. He is a member of the American
Finance Association, the Houston Society of Financial Analysts and the
International Society of Financial Analysts, and holds the Chartered
