MARK SWARTZBERG joined Legg Mason in 2002, establishing beverages
coverage for the firm in June of that year. He has been covering
beverages since 1998, when he joined Salomon Smith Barney as a junior
member of its beverages research team. Institutional Investor magazine
cited Mr. Swartzberg's work recently, designating him a 'Next
Generation' analyst when establishing members of their 2003 All America
Research Team and identifying Legg Mason as the best firm providing
beverages research in the magazine's annual Best of the Boutiques
roundup. Mr. Swartzberg holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from

MARC GREENBERG is a Director at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Inc., and a
Senior Analyst covering the Beverage sector. Prior to embarking on a
sell-side career at Paine Webber in January 2000, Mr. Greenberg spent 14
years as a portfolio manager, most recently at Avatar Associates, where
he was responsible for stock selection in the consumer and healthcare
sectors. Previously he was at Alliance Capital and National Westminster
Bank. Mr. Greenberg has been named to the "Next Generation" list in both
the 2000 and 2001 Institutional Investor polls. In addition, he was
named in the Wall Street Journal's 2001 "Best on the Street" survey for
