RAYMOND P. TOROK is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cold Metal
Products, Inc., a position he has held since October 1998. Mr. Torok
directed the purchase of one of CMP's largest customers, Alkar Steel, a
leading specialty steel service center located near Detroit, Michigan.
CMP has locations in Ottawa and Youngstown, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana;
Roseville, Michigan; Hamilton, Ontario, and Point Claire, Quebec. Prior
to joining CMP, Mr. Torok was President and Chief Executive Officer of
Philadelphia Gear Corporation, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Torok
was also President of Philadelphia Mixer corporation, a sister company
of PGC until it became a division of Philadelphia Gear Corporation. He
also previously held various sales, marketing and manufacturing
positions during a 26-year career with Aluminum Company of America.
Before leaving for Philadelphia Gear Corporation, he was Vice President
and General Manager of the company's Aerospace Division, the largest and
most profitable segment of the company's Extrusion/Tube System. Mr.
Torok holds a BA degree in Business from John Carroll University and an
