PAUL A. LACY, as Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief
Financial Officer, oversees Kronos' financial, legal, IS, tax, leasing,
business development, human resources and facilities operations. Under
Mr. Lacy's direction, Kronos filed an initial public offering in 1992,
and today is a $293 million software company, which has consistently
achieved revenue growth and profitability. Mr. Lacy joined Kronos in
1988 from Remanco Systems Corporation. During his career, he also held
positions such as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Bird,
Incorporated, as well as tax and legal counsel and Assistant Treasurer
at Bose Corporation. Mr. Lacy earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
from Boston College and Juris Doctor in Law from Boston College Law
School. He is a CPA and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Profile
MARK S. AIN, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Kronos
Incorporated, created Kronos in 1977. Mr. Ain's entrepreneurial
accomplishments have been recognized with awards that include the Small
Business Association of New England (SBANE) New Englander Award and the
New England Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He serves on the Board of
Directors of several public, private and charitable companies and
institutions. He is also active in the American Electronics Association
and is a speaker at financial and executive conferences and various
graduate business schools. Mr. Ain earned a Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
and a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration
in organizational development and marketing, from the University of
