PETER L. MARTIN is a Senior Vice President at Jefferies & Company, Inc.,

Martin has authored several well-regarded industry white papers and
releases a weekly valuation report that is widely recognized within the
industry. Prior to joining Jefferies & Company, Inc., Mr. Martin was an

joined the firm via Hambrecht & Quist in 1999 to manage the
education industry research effort. Prior to H&Q, he managed the
education service industry research effort for Salomon Smith
Barney from 1994 to 1999, and has spent over 20 years in the
securities industry. He was ranked number two in the education
services category on the 1998 Institutional Investor All-America
Research Team. He received a BA from Occidental College. His
