James A. Donahue, President and CEO of Cohu, Inc., joined Cohu's Delta Design
subsidiary in 1978 and has been President of Delta Design since May 1983. In May
1998 Mr. Donahue was promoted to President of the Cohu Semiconductor Equipment
Group. In October 1999 he was promoted to the position of President and Chief
Operating Officer of Cohu, Inc., and he was appointed to Cohu's board of
directors. In June 2000 Mr. Donahue was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Cohu, he was a C.P.A. with Arthur Young & Company. Mr. Donahue
holds a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Boston University.
Mr. Donahue is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Standard
Microsystems Corporation. Profile
