He is the Portfolio Manager of KAR’s Thematic Quality strategy, and as a Senior Research Analyst covers the small-cap and mid-cap financials, consumer discretionary, information technology, and industrials sectors. Mr. Xiao previously worked as an Equity Research Senior Associate at Diamond Hill Capital Management and as an Equity Research Associate at Dodge & Cox.
