Joseph A. Cutillo has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. since 2017 and brings 30 years of experience leading complex, transformational change to the role. Before joining Sterling in 2015, Mr. Cutillo served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC, a $200 million private equity-backed trenchless pipe rehabilitation company, from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Cutillo serves on the board of directors for Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. and ARTBA (American Road & Transportation Builders Assoc.), where he is on the Executive Committee. He has also served on the board for the National Liner and National Corrugated Pipe Association. Mr. Cutillo holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, where he was a member of the National Honor Society for Mechanical Engineers. Profile
