TWST: Can we begin with a quick positioning of ADVFN with an update on where the company stands today?

Mr. Chambers: ADVFN is now the leading website for private investors in the UK. We have built our position over the last couple of years and we have been number one in the market since about the third quarter of 2001. We have nearly a quarter of all share price traffic in the UK and that includes online broker traffic as well. If you were to strip out broker traffic then we have over half of the market.

TWST: What are the products that you are bringing to this space?

Mr. Chambers: We have a very deep offering with real-time prices and fundamental information. We have a community board that enables people to post about stocks; Chat rooms essentially. We have Portfolio monitoring tools with American prices as well as UK prices. We have the LIFFE Options and Derivatives market as well. We have also just launched a Covered Warrants section, which is a new instrument in the UK. We are a stock site, which has leading edge offerings like Level 2, Fundamentals and tools for stock selection. We have the busiest bulletin boards in the UK and probably in Europe. Our business model is two pronged. We have an advertising supported and subscription model, so we get half our money from subscriptions and half our money from advertising.

TWST: Can you give a sense on the direction you’ll be moving in and the objectives you would like to achieve over the next couple of years?

Mr. Chambers: We have managed to double our turnover roughly every 10 months and we are hitting the 5 million a year sales rate now. It’s our plan to carry on doubling every year. A major piece of our future expansion will be in US prices which we offer, because our tools are now coming available to in the US market. The market for US prices is much bigger than for UK prices. I mean there are simply five times as many Americans and they are twice as eager and twice as active. That is just from a US perspective. So that’s something that we are majoring on and we have real-time streaming prices for NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX and all the Indices. There is not really anybody out there with our product mix. We have very nice streaming charts, for example, that run on the web browser and Monitors where you can sit and watch all of your stocks streaming all real time. Our strategy is to go after the US market, but not by buying buildings and having headcount, but by having an excellent product available from any desktop.

TWST: How far down that road are you in the US?

Mr. Chambers: We have been open now for about six or seven weeks with US prices and already about 10% of our traffic is American. That’s nice, but we do expect it to be around 60%-70% of our traffic in two or three years.

TWST: When you have a chance to talk to investors what are the summary points you want them to take away with them?

Mr. Chambers: The key points are that we are the market leader and we are in a very exciting field. In the past a lot of Internet people talked about what they were going to do but hardly any executed. We are one of the few companies that did. We are market leaders and we have a solid business model that puts us in a select group of Internet companies worth looking into.
