TWST: Can we start with a quick corporate profile of Channel Health; what's its core business?
Ms. Sawicki: Our trading company is Channel Health Interactive Lifestyle Ltd, and we are a broadcaster and a content producer. Currently we broadcast to five and a half million homes in the UK on the Sky Digital platform, Channel 193; and we have an interactive Website at www.channelhealth.tv. Our distribution will extend later this year to cable and we are currently negotiating carriage deals with NTL (we have just completed a successful trial on NTL) and Telewest. We are also extending our reach into Europe. We have contacts at the moment for carriage in Scandinavia - Finland, Sweden and Norway - in Russia, Spain and the Benelux countries; and we expect to be, broadcasting in these countries by the third quarter of this year.

TWST: A recap of the corporate milestones: you came to market I think in August 2000?
Ms. Sawicki: We were listed on AIM on 11th August with a valuation of GBP20 million. We raised GBP5.7 million (GBP5.1 million net.)
