Simon Yarmak, CFA, is a Vice President in the real estate sector, covering lodging and triple-net companies, at Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc. Mr. Yarmak joined the Research Team at Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc., in May 2007. Prior to launching coverage, Mr. Yarmak served as an Associate Analyst supporting the research of the lodging, multifamily, self-storage and student housing industries. Mr. Yarmak graduated with an MBA and a graduate certificate of investments from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business, and also holds an M.A. and B.A. in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel College.
