Christopher Blansett is the Senior Equity Analyst covering the alternative energy and semiconductor capital equipment sectors at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He was ranked number two in the 2010 Institutional Investor All-America Research polls and was part of an Institutional Investor-ranked semicap equipment team in the preceding years at J.P. Morgan. Before joining J.P. Morgan in June 2004, Mr. Blansett worked at Applied Materials Inc. on numerous product teams for more than eight years in engineering, new product development and business development. While at Applied Materials, he worked closely with Taiwanese foundries and Samsung Semiconductor among others, and he spent considerable time in the field in Asia.
